Collection: Dates & Tickets

A visit is only possible with an online ticket booking. Usually open on weekends and public holidays from 11 AM - 6 PM.

This Saturday, 11 July, 2:30–3:30 pm: Artist-guided tour with Dimitris Tzamouranis (in German) – book your tickets now.

Access is wheelchair accessible.

Admission is free for children under 6 years old, and no ticket is required. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed, as peacocks roam freely in the park.

The Café White Rabbit is located in WAI Park and is only accessible with a valid day ticket or a WAI season pass.

  • DIRECTIONS

    The Woods Art Institute is located approximately a 15-minute walk from the Reinbek S-Bahn station (HVV line S2) in a western extension of the Sachsenwald forest, providing direct access to Hamburg Central Station. By car, the WAI can be reached via the A24, A25, or B5 motorways.

    Since parking spaces are limited on site, we ask that you use public transport if possible.
