Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of Goods
Please contact us by e-mail before returning any goods so that we can coordinate the return individually.
We will bear the cost of returning goods within Germany.
For international returns, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Following prior coordination, we will provide you with a return label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs incurred.
The goods must be returned in appropriate and secure packaging.
Compensation for Loss in Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functioning.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services in connection with leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (Section 312g (2) No. 9 German Civil Code – BGB).
This applies in particular to tickets for admission to the WAI Galleries & Park as well as to guided tours and comparable events.
