Third Drawer Down Studio is pleased to present a Bone China Mug Set, in collaboration with Louise Bourgeois and the Easton Foundation, featuring artworks that originally formed a stunning installation by Louise Bourgeois.
About the Artist:
Louise Bourgeois was a French-born American artist who used her art to process her experiences and find peace and strength. She created narratives about the relationships we as individuals cherish most: parents, children, and partners. Her international breakthrough came later in her career. Between 1978 and 1981, Louise Bourgeois had five solo exhibitions in New York and participated in four different Whitney Museum Biennials. Third Drawer Down first collaborated with her in 2008 for a retrospective at the Tate Museum and has continued to collaborate with her foundation, the Easton Foundation, to produce a series of objects inspired by her work.
